Worry-Free Returns

BluePlum offers a full refund, including shipping, for any damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped items. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please request a return in “My Orders” or contact us directly for assistance. Please ensure the barcode on the original packaging remains intact.

If you are not satisfied with your BluePlum item(s), you can request a refund for the cost of the returned product. To initiate the return process, please submit a request in “My Orders” or reach out to our Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your item(s). Be sure to contact us before returning an item to obtain a return shipping address and further instructions. Please do not send items back without prior authorization. The item must be returned in its original condition, if eligible according to our return policy.

14-Day Product Guarantee

If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  1. Submit a return request in “My Orders” or contact Customer Service within 14 days of receiving your order. Include the reason for the return and any photographs for verification.
  2. Once your request is approved, you will receive a return form that must be included with your return. Please send your item(s) using local post within 14 days of receiving the return form.
  3. Upon receiving the returned package, we will inspect the item(s) to ensure they are in original condition and match the issues stated in your return request.
  4. Once confirmed, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 days (processing time may vary based on your payment method and bank). Please note that the original shipping fee and return shipping fee are not refundable.

Due to current circumstances, please allow an additional 3-5 days for your refund to be processed. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

  • In cases of defective, incorrect, or missing items, our sole responsibility is to replace the item with a new or correct one.
  • If a package is returned for destruction due to an incorrect address or if it is unclaimed, our only responsibility is to resend the package, with the buyer covering the shipping cost.
  • We cannot issue refunds for packages marked as delivered but not received, and we require proof for further assistance.
  • To avoid high international shipping fees for returns, we recommend purchasing one size per product. If you are unsure about sizing, please refer to the size chart or contact customer service at contact@blue-plum.com for assistance.

Important Refund Conditions

Due to the high cost of international shipping, refunds will be denied under the following conditions:

  1. Incorrect sizing.
  2. Incorrect color.
  3. Slight excess threads on the garment that can be trimmed with scissors by the buyer.
  4. Minor creases on the garment.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and include the original tags. We cannot process returns for faulty items.
  • As all items (including standard sizes) are made-to-order, we do not accept “buy-many-keep-one” purchases. Our customer service team may cancel any order suspected to be made with this intention.
  • We reserve the right to refuse returns if items are received in unacceptable condition or without prior authorization.
  • We are not liable for return items that are lost or damaged; please retain the receipt with tracking information.

For Custom Size Dresses:

At BluePlum, we understand that you may want your dress to fit perfectly! We offer custom sizing on most of our dresses, which takes the same amount of time to make and ship.

Please note:
Custom dresses are made specifically to your provided measurements (bust, waist, hips, height, and hollow-to-floor). Therefore, once made, these dresses cannot be returned. Please double-check your measurements and color choices before placing your order.

If small alterations are needed, we offer limited reimbursement for alterations on custom sizes. Simply send us a picture of your tailor’s receipt along with your order number, and we’ll take care of the rest!

Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not offer an exchange service for any products. Since all items are made-to-order, we do not have ready-made items to ship in exchange for returns. You will need to return any unwanted items (if eligible per our return policy) and place a new order for replacements. All new orders will be subject to the current production timeline.

Cancellation Policy

As all our items are made-to-order, please review our cancellation policy:

  • Unpaid orders are automatically canceled after 1 day.
  • Cancel orders within 24 hours of payment for a full refund.
  • Cancel orders 24–72 hours after payment: 80% refund plus shipping fee.
  • Cancel orders 72-120 hours after payment: 50% refund plus shipping fee.
  • Cancel orders after 120 hours: Refund of shipping fee only.
  • Once your order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

Refunds are typically processed within 7 days via the original payment method (requests for refunds to other accounts will not be accepted), or within 24 hours if paid via PayPal. If returns are not due to our error (quality issues, color discrepancies, wrong shipments), we will not refund the shipping costs.

To cancel your order, please log in to “My Orders,” select the order you wish to cancel, and submit your cancellation request.
